This notice applies to Lucenne EDU and related learning materials. It is intended to clarify ownership, permitted use, and important limitations for the application and its content.

1. Intellectual Property

Lucenne EDU content, case materials, documentation, coaching workflows, answer logic, progress analytics, user interface design, software, and related materials are owned by Lucenne or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Patent and Copying Notice

Lucenne's medical coding engine, coaching workflows, case-based training methods, and related functionality may be protected by issued patents, pending patent applications, trade secrets, copyrights, and other rights.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, scraping, reverse engineering, extraction, public display, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without written permission from Lucenne.

3. Trademarks

Lucenne, Lucenne EDU, and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Lucenne. Other names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Third-Party Copyright and Credential Notices

CPT® codes, descriptions, and other data only are copyright American Medical Association. All rights reserved. Applicable FARS/HHSARS apply. Fee schedules, relative value units, conversion factors and/or related components are not assigned by the AMA, are not part of CPT, and the AMA is not recommending their use. The AMA does not directly or indirectly practice medicine or dispense medical services. The AMA assumes no liability for data contained or not contained herein.
