How Lucenne EDU collects, uses, shares, and protects information across accounts, learning content, AI-supported coaching, progress reporting, and platform operations.

Lucenne EDU is designed to support practice, coaching, assessment, and progress reporting. We collect information needed to operate the platform, personalize learning, provide AI-supported feedback, secure the service, support subscriptions, and meet legal obligations.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Lucenne EDU application, authenticated learning experience, subscriptions, feedback tools, and related support workflows. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy notices.

2. Information We Collect

Account and Profile Information

  • Name, email address, authentication identifiers, and role or group membership.
  • Organization, course, package, subscription, and assignment information.
  • Preferences, program selection, and profile details you provide.

Learning and Usage Information

  • Practice case opens, attempts, completions, verification requests, selected answers, and submitted codes.
  • Messages and interactions with the AI coach, including request and response payloads needed to restore and evaluate sessions.
  • Timing, progress, derived insights, feedback submissions, and technical telemetry such as device, browser, IP address, and access logs.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide accounts, authentication, subscriptions, course access, and organization-based assignments.
  • Operate practice cases, restore active sessions, track completion, and show learning progress.
  • Generate AI-supported coaching, feedback, summaries, readiness signals, and recommendations.
  • Provide instructor, organization, and administrator dashboards where users are assigned to those roles.
  • Secure, debug, monitor, and improve the service.
  • Respond to support requests, feedback, legal obligations, and misuse reports.

4. AI and Learning Analytics

Lucenne EDU processes case content, answers, code selections, chat messages, verification attempts, timing, and other interaction history to provide personalized coaching and learning analytics.

Important: Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, medical records, or confidential third-party records. Lucenne EDU is for educational practice, not for processing regulated patient data.

5. What You Must Not Submit

  • Protected health information, patient identifiers, medical records, or other regulated health data.
  • Confidential employer, payer, client, school, or institutional records unless you are expressly authorized to share them.
  • Licensed codebooks, payer manuals, proprietary manuals, or other third-party materials you do not have the right to disclose.
  • Sensitive personal information that is not necessary for learning, support, or account operation.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information submitted through Lucenne EDU. We may share information with:

Service providers Hosting, authentication, analytics, AI processing, payments, email, support, security, and operations.
Organizations or instructors Progress reporting, assignment management, course administration, and learner support when access is provided through an organization.
Legal or safety recipients Compliance with law, enforcement of agreements, protection of rights, prevention of misuse, or corporate transactions.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve learning records, restore sessions, support organizations, improve reliability, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information under our control, including authentication, access controls, encryption, logging, monitoring, and incident response processes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Choices and Rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information depending on your location and the context of your account. Some requests may be limited by legal, educational, security, fraud prevention, or contractual obligations.
